Located off Woodland Avenue, about a quarter mile west of Mullica Hill's North Main Street Historical District, lies a beautiful community consisting of 33 single-family homes on Orchard Drive, Ashley Court and  Heather Court.  Pride in our community is evident from the upkeep of the properties and friendliness of our neighbors.

The Woodland Run Homeowners Association (WRHA) is deed-chartered to all properties and is managed by  board of 5 elected trustees from among the homeowners in the development.
